Alexander Rhea, an HEC Paris graduate with an engineering background in computer science and electronics, has over 25 years of investment experience across Europe and the US, including 17 years in Silicon Valley.
He specialises in industrial and high-growth technology companies. Over the past 20 years, he has advised and supported organisations of all sizes in accelerating their international expansion, scaling operations, and driving organisational transformation. His previous roles include CIO at Golden Partners, Chairman of Leclanché (2022-2024), Interim Chairman and CEO of IOC Group (2020–2022), Managing Partner at NAC Partners, a management consultancy firm (2014-2020) and Partner at PwC Luxembourg (2011–2014), where he co-founded and led the PwC’s Accelerator program dedicated to helping companies expand globally.

Raphaël Attali is a graduate of ESSEC and holds an engineering degree in Data Science & Business Analytics from CentraleSupélec.
As a consultant with Artefact, Raphaël supported major clients in the luxury, automotive, and telecommunications sectors on data and cloud initiatives. He began his professional journey at Roland Berger, focusing on data strategy.

Tancrède Cohet is a graduate civil engineer from Ecole des Mines with a diploma from the French Institute of Petroleum. At TotalEnergies, he was a Data Project Manager, developing two AI solutions. One overseen by the Executive Committee.
Prior to that, he was PMO at Bolloré, where he helped decommission an invoice management tool during a merger with Mediterranean Shipping Company. Earlier, he worked as a product strategy consultant at OPEO Consulting in Paris, supporting due diligence and digital transformation initiatives.
Founded in 2019, ECARIS expanded its capabilities in 2024 through its merger with HandonNow and Altos Partners, creating the IT consulting firm it is today.

Whether the engagement is on a daily rate or a fixed-price basis, we always select profiles capable of adding significant value: technical excellence, deep understanding of business challenges, and, when relevant, pertinent sectoral experience to strengthen the support we provide.
All our consultants are engaged under ECARIS according to strict general working conditions, including confidentiality, respect for professional conduct, responsibility towards the assignment, and a minimum commitment of one year.
These requirements are part of our quality charter, ensuring our clients receive secure services that meet expected protection standards. The general conditions applicable to our consultants are included in our terms and conditions of sale, constituting our contractual guarantee.
Before each assignment, consultants formally commit to remain dedicated to the project for a minimum of twelve months, in accordance with the previously agreed remuneration terms. They refrain from seeking to join another assignment during this period.
The client has a 48-hour right of withdrawal from the start of the assignment. If the contract is terminated before the start of the third business day, no billing will occur.
If a consultant withdraws during the first three weeks of the assignment, ECARIS guarantees their replacement within a maximum of five business days. No billing will be applied for the preceding period.
Resource mobilization for a new requirement in "daily rate" mode can be rapidly implemented, according to the following criteria: for any team of more than 10 people, a customized calendar will be developed with the client.
For services in "fixed-price" mode, the execution schedule will be defined in advance when the specific services to be performed are determined. It is important to note that these timeline estimates are realistic but minimal; the final schedule may depend on external factors such as prior verification of presented consultants, your integration process, and any element related to market or unforeseen circumstances.
